increased pigment in epidermis
Clinical manifestations
- 2-5 mm macule
- tan in color
- distribution: sun-exposed areas
- color darkens following sun-exposure
Management
- no treatment is generally indicated
- consider biopsy if diameter > 1 cm or shape is irregular[3]
