Indications

• acute migraine (with or without aura)
• cluster headaches

* auto-injector for injection into thigh in adults

Storage: no refrigeration or assembly needed

Drug interactions

• CYP3A4 inhibitors elevate plasma dihydroergotamine levels, rincreasing the risk of vasospasm leading to cerebral ischemia or ischemia of the extremities

• drug interaction(s) of beta-adrenergic receptor antagonists with ergot alkaloids
