Indications
- acute migraine (with or without aura)
- cluster headaches
* auto-injector for injection into thigh in adults
Storage: no refrigeration or assembly needed
Drug interactions
- CYP3A4 inhibitors elevate plasma dihydroergotamine levels, rincreasing the risk of vasospasm leading to cerebral ischemia or ischemia of the extremities[1]
