Indications
- screening for depression in all adults without a diagnosis of mental health disorder or signs/symptoms of depression or suicide risk[1] Over the last 2 weeks, how often have you been bothered by any of the following problems?
Select & score each of the 2 items from the following:
0 = Not at all
1 = Several days
2 = More than half the days
3 = Nearly every day
A score of 3 or greater on a subscale warrants further evaluation.
